The quality of service has decreased drastically. I’ve given them enough chances to correct their mistakes and just grace all around. From the botched nails, damaging my real nails, lumps, uneven lengths. A disaster !! My last service I realized they no longer cared. I will no longer be coming back, thank you for your service when it was quality.
Update: I noticed how long it took to soak off my nails but never really paid attention to it. I was recently serviced else where and I was informed that it was MMA that was used on my overlay. No wonder I’m so disappointed and disgusted.
Just had the scam of my life at this nail salon.The guy just did a shoddy quick job! I tried to ask, of course they started talking in their language and laughing.Poorest customer service. Go there if you have someone you know the quality of their work. Otherwise would not recommend this place to anyone.
First and last time getting my nails done here. I went in for a manicure and pedicure. I’m sitting in the pedicure chair with my feet in the water, an employee says, we are going to do your nails first and ask me to move to a nail desk. Since I was already soaking my feet, I feel like they should have stayed on task and did my feet first. Then I select my nail color, and the process was so rushed, I felt like the more customers that came in the quicker the nail tech went. Ultimately my nails look like I did them myself. Not good, not bad, just rushed. So, I will not be returning. Too many other nail shops in the area to try.
Andy has been doing my nails since 2015 and Tina has been doing my pedicures since 2020 at least. I love this place. Everyone here does wonderful work. They are the greatest!!!
My experience was pretty good overall a guy named Andy I think did mine i when to him last year and I got a short pink acrylic set and liked I fine but I went there yesterday and I got a medium long white acrylic set. They look really good it was $50 plus tip. I made another appointment with him two weeks in advance the only thing I didn’t like is I made an appointment for 5:00 and didn’t get a chair till 5:35
I have been coming here for 2 years. I'm not sure what changed. The last few times I went, they were just rushing. My nails looked lumpy (dip nails) and they were so uneven. I watched one of the guys there dip a fungus infected nail in dip powder. I went in the other day to get my eyebrows done and she just rushed through it, left wax on my eyelid, refused to get it off saying nothing was there. My eyelid broke out and so did the rest of my eye brows. I am done with this place. I also watched them run their tools under water then put them in the bags. Not much cleaning going on that I saw.
I’ve been a client of Dallas Nails for years. They are friendly, professional and prices are very reasonable. Tina gives the very best pedicure ever!
I've been coming here for 6 years. I thought I had done a review but don't see one.
I originally would get the pedicure and acrylic nails with matching nail polish, and one day, Alice recommended the ombre style. So I changed it up. Both her and Andy have done a great job, and I've had other technicians do great work.
This go-around was a new tech, and he did great, too.
I always did walk-ins except during covid when appts were recommended.
The pedicures are good as well, but each tech does do them just a little differently.
I highly recommend this place if you're in the area.
